1922 Ballot Trumpeter Mascot/Hood Ornament M-314

A 1922 Ballot Trumpeter Mascot/Hood Ornament. This is one of the most important mascots of early motoring and it became known as “The Trumpeting Angel”. This piece is in perfect celebration of the spirit of the automobile. Photographed and described in Michel Legrand book “Mascottes Automobiles” Plate 10. It is made of bronze and measures approximately 5 inches high.
