1920 Art Deco Native Mascot/Hood Ornament M-239
A 1920 Art Deco Indian Mascot/Hood Ornament. This “Mady” Red Native Chief is of an Art Deco Red Indian, body arched, arms firm to his side with a long headdress. Photographed and described in Michel Legrand book 'Mascottes Automobiles' Plate 424. It is made of bronze and measures approximately 4 ¾ inches long. “Mady” is marked at the base. It is a reproduction. This is an individual piece there may be small differences between the pictures and the physical piece. This adds to the exclusivity of this ornament.
