1920’s style ARAB SEARCHING Car Mascot / Hood Ornament M-221


A 1920’s Arab Searching Car Mascot/Hood Ornament. This mascot is modeled after “Arabe au guet” depicting an Arab, hands shading his eyes, searching with his cloak blowing back from the wind. This mascot was produced by the Frenchman M. Bertin. It is photographed and described in Michel Legrand book “Mascottes Automobiles” Plate 452. It’s made of bronze, and measures approximately 7 inches high. It is a reproduction. This is an individual piece there may be small differences between the pictures and the physical piece. This adds to the exclusivity of this ornament.
