1925 Jacques Cartier Elephant Mascot/Hood Ornament M-270

A 1925 Jacques Cartier Elephant Mascot/Hood Ornament. Modeled after the Jacques Cartier Elephant, this Art Deco piece is beautifully detailed. An original described in the book of “Mascottes Automobiles” by Michael LeGrand Page 193 Plate 686. It is made of bronze and measures approximately 4 inches high and 6 ½ inches long. “JAQUES CARTIER” is marked on the base. It is a reproduction. This is an individual piece there may be small differences between the pictures and the physical piece. This adds to the exclusivity of this ornament.
