An AUSCHER Indian Head Mascot/Hood Ornament. This piece is modeled after the French automobile mascot Indian Head by AUSCHER. The screaming figure ornament, mouth open and hair swept back, is a great depiction of speed! It is pictured in two well known references books: “Motoring Mascots of the World” by William C. Williams, and “Mascottes Automobiles” by Michel LeGrand. It is made of bronze with silver plating and measures approximately 3 ¾ inches high. It is a reproduction. This is an individual piece there may be small differences between the pictures and the physical piece. This adds to the exclusivity of this ornament.
